Please allow 48 hours for me to be able to contact you if required. Although I strive to reply as promptly as possible I do work alone so I may not to be able to reply as soon as I would like too please keep this in mind, I do my best to reply within a 24 hours period at the latest.
Friends, Family and Children
Due to safety & insurance, no one except the client is able to enter the treatment room, Children, friends & family are able to wait in an unsupervised waiting room if they are able to sit quietly on their own. If children are unable to be left in the waiting room unsupervised & you have any cosmetic tattooing or services including lashes your services will be cancelled & your Booking Fee forfeited.
In order for you to have a relaxed introduction and to fill out the necessary paperwork for your appointment, please arrive to you appointment on time or slightly early. Arriving 10 minutes or more later to your scheduled appointment time may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
As I currently work back to back I'm unable to shift others appointments due to people arriving late to their scheduled appointments. If you are running late please contact me on 0413781367 as soon as possible.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows
- Once a booking has been made please use the website to cancel or reschedule your appointments.
- No shows or rescheduling within the allocated time required, on multiple occasions will require a 100% non refundable booking fee to re-book.
- You can reschedule all appointments (excluding cosmetic treatments) if more than 24 hours notice is given.
If 24 hours or less is given your Booking fee forfeits & a new booking fee will be required.
- Cosmetic Tattooing requires more than 48 hours notice, you may only reschedule once before you forfeit your booking fee & a new one will be required
- Every appointment booked will require a non-refundable 50% Booking fee
- If booked via messenger or in-store cash, card or a PayPal link with the amount owing will be sent through
- Appointments will not be confirmed or held without payment
- All Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances including cancellations or rescheduling within policy times
- Arriving 10 minutes or more late your appointment will be cancelled & Booking fee forfeited.
- Please do not bring friends, family or children to your appointments unless they are able to sit in the waiting room without supervision. Doing so will result in your booking fee being lost and your appointment cancelled.
Outstanding payments can be made via Cash, Card or Paypal.
Payment Plans - Humm & Afterpay available
You will need to head to the Humm or Afterpay website and sign up as a customer prior to your appointment
- If using Humm you must call the salon 24 hours or more prior to your appointment to ensure your payment will be approved, if you arrive without having done this and your oxipay account is declined you will be asked to pay the outstanding amount.
- You decide if you would like to make weekly or fortnightly repayments
25% is required on the day then payment is debited over the weekly or fortnightly period of your choice.
- Minimum spend $150
- Must be 18+
- Can use to purchase Services & Products
- Once signed up you can receive your purchases immediately
After pay is also available please ensure you also have a sign up for an account prior to coming into the salon
Gift Certificates are currently available to buy in-store or over the phone and mailed out, Standard postage is $5 per gift certificate pick up is Free or you can purchase them online at
- Gift vouchers can also be emailed to the buyer or recipient (clients can use these to book online or instore)
- They are valid for 4 months & must be used on or prior to the expiry date. NO Exceptions

- If a client does not show, or shows up late & the appointment has to be rescheduled or the client wants to reschedule within the allocated 12 hours prior to their appointment, the deposited amount will be withdrawn from the gift certificates total amount
- They are non-refundable for cash nor are they transferable to any other person
- They can be used to redeem services & products
- ID will be required when using a Gift certificate
