For OCD people like me who have an image or an idea of how we believe that things should be & everything has a place & that everything should be perfect.
Unfortunately life is not perfect & if you are constantly fixated on trying to reach or keep this level of perfectionism you actually prevent yourself from making progress because you're so fixated on everything being perfect. The downfall is that we live in a world where things are constantly changing including us so nothing can always be 100% perfect all the time!
Things can always be made to be better with time, through our experiences & knowledge growing we are forever learning & evolving. So it's really important to create things to the best of your ability at the time, put it out there for the world to see or hear or feel or whatever it is depending on your service your product there it might be a video a picture a Blog whatever it is & overtime you can come back and you can keep updating & fixing it & making it better.
Don't fixate on it being perfect before you put it out to the world put it out to the world & then make it better!
Your never truly in control so let go of trying to be! Trying to control everything to be a certain way or to stay a certain way, realize that control is an illusion it's not real because we can't control what other people do, we can't control what's happening in the world we can't even control ourselves to a certain extent.
We can't keep ourselves the exact same way forever because even we are constantly learning & evolving & changing & growing the sooner you let go of trying to control everything & have everything a certain way things will start to flow a lot more smoothly & it will be a lot easier find you mentally to accept change.
Beside have you thought of a world without change?? No medical advances, no technical advances, No planes, WiFi, equality, women's right, you wouldn't even try new food if nothing ever changed, the list is endless....
3: The Art of Letting Go
Letting Go can be a really really hard one letting go of team members letting go of habits letting go of treatments procedures clients things that are not working anymore letting go of old ways of having or doing things letting go is the hardest things to do yet once you do start to let go you will start to open yourself up to more!
More opportunity, New clients, New Team members A new way of doing things letting go is the challenge you face before the reward is seeing what else is possible.
Which one of these 3 things relates to you the most?
